The man behind the beer! Nicolas, former Sommelier, had a vision, a crazy idea and a passion to explore when he decided to launch Tuque de Broue. If he’s not out skiing, riding his ski-doo, cutting wood to make some campfires, or enjoying the company of his two boys, he’s more than likely enjoying a cold one! Nicolas wants to share his passion and vision of tasty, aromatic, light beers with his family, friends, community and beyond; for all to enjoy during their favourite ‘après moments!
