Polly joined the Tuque Team in February 2016 and helped us setup our new brewery! Polly gets us organized! Her many years of experience working in hotels and restaurants have been a great advantage for Tuque de Broue to manage all our orders and paperwork! We are also proud of Polly’s great involvement in the community, she is the greatest Girl Guide leader!
